Top of the hood, I built the halide pendants into the hood but above it so that they can vent but are still held captive and can be removed.

Here you can see the wiring for the two DC fans and the halide pendants built into the hood (although it is all kind of dirty still)

Here is the inside of the hood. Soon there will be two 48" T5 Actinic + bulbs and reflectors in there run by an Icecap 660. A single blueline magnetic ballast runs the two 250W halides.
