    Par38, is this a good light?

    I used a reptile heat lamp that I cut and hung it from the ceiling. I would look into gooseneck clamps for par bulbs, they typically run $30-$60.

    I used a par38 bulb that had 7 diodes, 1 warm white, 2 cool white, 2 warm blue and 2 royal blue. It worked fine, seems like yours is even more full...
