Regardless of recomended tank size there are many unknowns when it comes to dwarf angel species.They have dreadful survival rates in our systems.IMO...
I have used true lumen bulbs on my nano's for quite some time.I like the 10k mixed with the actinics so its not so blue but your spectrum is fine.
