IME ive never seen a cleaner shrimp clean a fish, my skunk tries to alot, but the clown rejects him. you should definitely go for the blood shrimp...
blood shrimp will kill the skunk shrimp
i like my arches ;) clownfish dont really use caves IMO thats more gobeis and eels, and sometimes hawkfish.
