    can metal hose clamp go in water??!!

    it will rust. I would get the plastic kind that you squeeze together to tighten.

    Confused about my Berlin Red Sea Skimmer

    I believe you plug the airline tube in it. I didn't use them because my skimmer pump had a nipple on the adjuster knob. But, I see yours doesn't.
