i believe it would remove the salt and yes would make a killing
The salts don't affect the plants? Also wouldn't that affect the fertility of the soil?

yea ive heard engineer gobies can eat other fish when they get large
I'm not an expert but I've read a bunch of threads that talk about transfers.....assuming you can move the rock quickly without having much die off...
@vinny my fuge is absolutely packed, isopods, copepods, amphipods and some kind of micro shrimp....maybe mysid? Are all thriving and reproducing hard...
the anthias i could pick up a few at a time and keep them in QT and add them in all at once....i could even start off with a trio and add a couple...
bope they're very quick, im going to try and use some seaweed on a sabiki though i heard that works sometimes
