    okay soo 1pm actinics go on then halides for just 2 hrs to start, say 6 to 8, then just actinics till 12..? Also how long should I wait to start...

    I think regardless of what you do, you should definitely get new bulbs.. I'm no sps expert, but if you get a few of the bulbs mentioned above...
