    2 x 3200gph Powerheads too much?

    I run 2 koralia #5 Magnums, and 3 #3's the center pump always on, the other 4 on program flow of around 30 seconds each oposite of each other....

    It will affect pump pressure, not so much pump volume- teflon tape is fine to use in a SW tank.

    A skimmer should be able to turn the tank over at the same rate as your overflow system- anything else is a waste of time. If you have a 100 gal....
