    wich cheap t5s to get?

    probably fowlr for awhile atleast. she does have afew leathers in there now nothing crazy ...they are surviving on a single 24" t8 bulb for the time...

    the fan may be to cool a transformer... im no electronics pro mind you but i dabble here and there ( i know just enough to get myself into trouble :)...

    if you are making the fixture yourself leds are pretty cheap when bought in bulk

    the light on the tank is not suitable for a 55 gal.... it is a 24" single t8 i believe..... she had 2 of these but one burnt out and she never...
