So, the damsels first? My LPS here recommends putting in corals first but I honestly have never heard of that... that's why I'm asking...

I agree and would move him... it doesn't hurt the coral at all.. but touching the rock might do damage in the future. Just my opinion..
Some fish require different feeding regiments but generally once a day is good enough... that´s what I usually do...
