    What kind of coral are you looking to keep. For that amount you will only be able to keep softies and some LPS on the top of the rock.

    I got 2 36in t5 odyssea's (don't get me wrong as lights go they suck!) lights from e-bay and put ati bulbs bulbs in the for just about 150, and my monti cap, and I can't remember what are pretty stoked under them.

    Go with BMXClay's suggestion it will take care of you until you want more difficult corals and clams.

    Only option I see is either odyssea T5 or HQI if you want new or pretty much any used not fancy brand will be around 100-150. Just dont buy PC. I see there are more and more peoples buying odyssea stuff.
