Actually, it looks like a dragonfly larvae.

Look at the arm on that thing. I say pistol although it might be some kind of new species of shrimp, which I doubt.

I have a pistol shrimp and it doesnt look anything like that. I have also heard that pistols kill cleaners but I have had no problem with my pistol and cleaner

Yeh if its got one giant claw, and one normal size, its a pistol, from the looks of it, its a pistol, i have two in my tank.
