I only recently noticed these very small creatures. They live on the underside of rocks and in the shadows, not in direct light. They are less than 1cm long, appear to have feelers/tentacles/bristles at the one end and are attached firmly on the rock at the other end. [After first posting this picture, two 3Reef members ID'd them as Urn Sponges]
