    transferring all at once?

    What did you do for rock and sand? Water contains little to no bacteria. It will not help the tank to be cycled at all, really.

    Yep. Could be later. IMO using "cured", "etablished", blah blah blah does not shorten cycle times. You will still have a fair amount of die-off.
