As an update, the clown is doing very well. As of last night, I couldn't find a single speck on him. If he stays that way for the next 3-4 days, he's...
No. Normal bulbs like that will be completely the wrong spectrum. And it just so happens they are the same spectrum that algae loves ;) I would...
The problem isn't the mixing itself. The tank is no where near a water source. Even if I did do it that way I would still have to carry the water...
Here ya go [IMG] [IMG]
should be 1.000 with pure R/O
OK, it's midnight, I have mixed more salt than I ever have in my life, and the tank is half full. Mixing it in 5 gallon buckets, 4 gallons at a time...
Probably a camel shrimp ;)
(In a toy voice normally used when talking to infants) JWIN, where are you my widdle baby boy??? ;) :P Pack has a surprise for you! [IMG]

Well, I started laying the rock. I am thinking either double or triple islands. I will say this: MY GOD IS THERE SO MUCH ROOM FOR CORALS!!!!...
Yep. My pair host some zoa's ;)
Was thinking of starting to lay the rock. Ugh, this is the frustrating part ;)
What did you do for rock and sand? Water contains little to no bacteria. It will not help the tank to be cycled at all, really.
Saddleback clowns are they same as any false percs, they are just a color morph. An anemone should not be added till the tank is near one year old,...
Most likely a camel shrimp. They love softies ;)
Wait until you get more salt?
Yep. Could be later. IMO using "cured", "etablished", blah blah blah does not shorten cycle times. You will still have a fair amount of die-off.
