Reefnjeff, yours appears to be an oxygen bubble, similar to the second image that m2434 posted.
This is an important step I left out. When corals bleach, they first expel zooxenthelle algae, then lose tissue if it gets bad enough.
Zooxenthelle algae exists within coral tissue, giving the coral its color due to the specific wavelength of light which it (the coral/algae)...
