    I think I'll make a manual top off by putting a pump in a resoviour of rodi water and have the caretaker plug it in till the tank is full again.

    This is a freshwater problem so idk if it's ok here. Anyways for the past couple of weeks I've been battling pest snails by manually removing them...

    IME flakes are bad for freshwater. Shoots my nitrates up. I switched to pellet and its better. But that's for FW...
