I would just put the corals and fish in separate buckets. Then you don't have to worry about protecting the fish.
Get the Flame Angel, they add great color to your tank. I'm not sure 75 gallons is actually big enough for a tang, but the Kole might be alright in...

The angel is swimming around, sometimes kind of "drunk" like I guess is the best way to describe it. It hasn't been laying on its side any more from...
It is about 2" on average.
I just moved the rocks to the sides of the tank while I placed them where I wanted them. It didn't take me to long. Could the zoas or paly's released...
It wasn't to bad, I could still see the back of the tank. My corals are opening up as well.
