    +2 You can also use a multi-meter to test your water. NEVER put a submergable motor in a tank with out a ground probe, that means any kind of PH.

    First water change now pump is just shooting out thousands of tiny bubbles.

    Sounds like you got air in the skimmer and pump chamber. Is there anyway you can shut it off and prime it to get all the air out of the line??
