If you are doing softies only you may only need 2 T5HO bulbs. I would let my nitrates go up and lower my phosphate some. Also let your Ca get down...
No needs for lights during cycling if you have no corals. +1 to black out. Add your CUC when ammonia and nitrite are zero.
It looks good to me. LPS corals will do that at times. It may have captured some food or one of your CUC may have irritated it.
I would keep the flow in the medium to high range. They need higher flow to help them keep clean and to slough off their skin periodically....
Not sure about the brown spots, never had a leather that did that so I can't help. It may not hurt to acclimate it to your light to safe.
That would be your best plan of action. If you have SPS the more often you dose the better. Make sure you dose Ca and alk at least 30 min apart....
It is rare that 1 to 1 dosing works so don't worry there. Your levels are fine on the big three. You can dose the Mg how every you like to keep it...
I don't put anything in the ATO water since evaporation changes from day to day and season to season. I do use dosers for Ca and alk.
Wrasses are gluttons and most fish don't share. Good luck with your new fish.
