    You will need to move sand from underneath the rock. Hopefully with your tank being newer this won't be an issue. But it needs to be done.

    Rimless with no top is perfectly fine...for a coral only tank :/ I have heard of plenty of Clownfish, Angels, and other fish that "never" jump go...
