    Yeah you def should research before buying anything for your tank, personally i wouldnt have one on my tank, i dont see how they help filter anything...

    I would swap the skimmer & LR . LR can go in your fuge too bud, just like your tank. that bubble trap is trapping the bubbles made by the skimmer....

    IMO use a variation of different pumps.I have both koralia nanos and a maxi 1200 in my 20 and the different flow rates interact creating nice...
