i think a 75 is too small for either of those tangs, try a yellow, it will fit great and wont get cramped in the 75. just add it last wo it doesnt...

i dont think its possible, there would be somewhat of a change in coral health and look, i way just wait it out overnight or something and see how...
anemones usually take a while to perish in a tank with unfit conditions( up to a year) as for doing something you cant do much more than water...
but prolonged periods of time it will take a major toll(casualties) i say you just wait and see how things turn out.

quick cycle is definately possible, especially if you used old sand rock and several gallons of old saltwater.
