Ryan, I'm by far not an expert in any way. I do notice that your calcium seems a bit low. At least from my reading, calcium is very important for SPS.

have you been able to find something to help it? I think on some of the threads it says to run carbon, manual removal with water changes.......
I think you can scrape it away but you should be careful whenever you disturb your sand bed.....just scrape it without disturbing too much sand in...
