    it looks as though there are microbubbles coming out of where the venturi meets the pump. They are coming out of the body itself it seems.

    You have to gently pull the bulb up then rotate it. If the bulb is all the way down you won't be able to rotate it.

    Wet Dry with Bio-Balls. Keep or Remove?

    I would say less often. Clean the filter every few months, but change your pad when ever it gets dirty.
