    hey now guys this is possible there is actualy a local fish place close to me that dose this exact thing kinda they have 6'x20'x4' vats basicly a rectangle pool they use to grow out corals and breed fish and cure lr that they sell this is all housed in a green house setting they also breed sharks in these vats not sure on their filtration other than there is an over flow on one side of the tank with large pump pushing water back in the other end low flow but it works good and the sun provides the light for the most part I think they have halaids for during the winter over certain tanks but dont quote me on that

    only issue I can see and saw there with using the sun for the lighting sorce is the algae controle

    Don't listen to whatever negative comments anyone has to say, Nemo!!!
    If you get this project to work, I guarantee you would absolutely be the most awesome guy in the world!!!!! Don't let the tremendous cost daunt you, its something you can cover by selling your car or just by working overtime or selling lemonade 'n such!!!!!!!!!!!

    p.s. - get 3 T 20,000s. I always wanted to see one in action. (Don't call me weird) [​IMG]
