    Plumbing.

From your overflow, down to the sump.

If sump is flowing skimmer to refuge to pump, then flow it all to the skimmer.

Recommended to have two inputs in the sump and have flow from overflow split into a "T".

Refuge on Left flowing to pump in the middle. Skimmer on right flowing to pump in the middle.

Overflow line splits into an upside down "T" in the sump with the flow divided with some going to the refuge and some to the skimmer.

Put valves going into the refuge and the skimmer so that you can control how much flow goes into each. I've read most people like slow flow in the refuge and put everything else into the skimmer.

Also, use unions where appropriate instead of glue so that you can take it apart if necessary. Not totally unions, but place some strategically so it all isn't completely glued together.

Alright I didn't know how to make my chambers or my plumbing because i have a drilled tank. So I went out and bought a Tank Divider Like this one Tank Dividers by Penn-Plax - AquaCave

I already have it in my sump

It has little holes for water to go through, Here is a up close pic

I don't think so. You need something solid. You are going to have to take your sump out of commission and put in baffles. Get a powerhead running in the tank that you probably have already. Shoot them up to the surface to help gas exchange. Throw your heater in the tank if you have one. Clean the sump and silicone some baffles in. Some say 24 hours, but probably 16 will do. Long day. If the fish have enough air, and the tank temp is fine, leave over night. Put is back in service the next day.

    Give it a try. I use a 26w 6500K CP from Lowes.

I also just noticed, you sump is pretty full. Do you have enough room to turn off your return pump without it overflowing?

One thing solid partitions do for you is set water levels in your sump. Skimmers need consistent water levels for consistent performance. If you decide later to put in baffles, this will be another benefit.
