    honestly 120W is ALOT of power. I'm not sure if it would do good or bad. Kevin has one of these on his 265G tank. with DIY its ALOT more controllable. plus you can choose much cooler colors.

    I think I'm going to stick with the premade one. There is a 7 day return policy for it and a 2 year warranty for it breaking. If it looks disgusting I'll return it. It's dimmable so the 120w won't be a problem.

    I've decided to go with the led fixture and cancel my order. Im going to have to buy led at some point anyway so why not save up now and not waste 100$

    Its a Taotronics 120w led fixture. They are 3w LEDs but only run at 2w. Half white half blue. 24" comes with hanging kit.
