    Welcome to 3reef. I'm a newbie as well and as you can see their are plenty of people here that can help believe me I've gotten plenty and you'll learn a lot from these guys on here. Tank looks good. I agree that you should change your rock. You'll definitely need another power head if your going reef, maybe more depending on the corals. I just realized that I had to up mine as well because I plan on having SPS and they require at least 50x the flow rate. So if you plan on having SPS corals your looking at 55g x 50 (minimum) good luck
