    After looking for about 2 hours I have no idea what kind of crab it is. The white claws rule out stone crab they have black tips on the ends of their claws. Oh well one thing is for sure, it is mantis food.

    yes indeed it is ...there is actually 2 in that pic 1 in the back and one in the front right corner. id really like to take them outa their plastic tank and let them free in my bigger tank,but i dont kno if theyll hurt my other fish :( my mantis is still a week away if all goes accordingly
