    I can get a 55g with skimmer,pc lights,and heater for 125$.

I have a 40lbs bag of cc and filter from my tank that im thinking about taking off.

Could i have a snow flake eel and lion fish and pea cock mantis and a stingray of some kind together ?

A couple things there you should know. The Ray is not possible; they really need a minimum of a 6’ tank, preferably bigger. You could keep the Eel, but I would consider sand instead of the Crushed Coral because of its abrasiveness. You also want to make sure you have the top covered tightly! Eel will shoot out like a rocket when spooked. My belief is the 55 is too small for a Lion too, but others may disagree.

You could house a dwarf lion of some kind and the eel, but as stated you will need a tight fitting cover. The ray is a no, they need large, open areas of fine sand and need large tanks. Go with a fine substrate too, not the CC.
