I believe your original questions were answered.

Your original list seemed to have too many fish in it for many of the experienced FOWLER keepers on this forum. I myself am not experienced with predator/Fowler tanks but I can say that based on that I would take the advise offered to me based on my own solicitation of said information.

It's a great idea to make a stocking list for a tank so this way you can know what your needs will be and and what order to stock the fish in. But does seem that that grouper might need to be reconsidered.

if its a 150 you could probably pull of most those fish aside from a grouper. also t8's are outdated and are not good lights over saltwater. i would just do a normal flourescant hood. cheap easy and looks good. but once you add coral get at least power compact

The lighting type is really irrelevant if you are not going to have coral(which you said you were not). the light for a FOWLR is only so you can easily view the fish in the tank.

If yo have a T8 fixture around the house that you want to use, go ahead. But(if you eventually want coral) with the tank size we are talking about here, PC probably wouldn't help so much - even with soft coral - because the tanks are so deep. If you want coral later on then get T5. If you have no plans or coral in this tank then use what you have; T8s will be fine.

As far as fish, I have never had any of the ones you've requested. Others have answered your questions about stocking the tank - follow the advice given there.
