Do you have a way to track ORP in your tank??? That will tell you if you have too much dissolved organics in the tank. I run a O3 generator and love what it has done for the tank water. I keep my ORP at 390 and I notice that the skimmer works less when I keep it at this level. You will hear all kind of horror stories that people read repeat so be ready when you start to research. I run a very large 220v Del Ozone Eclipse 1 unit for swimming pool because those little Red Sea jobbies would run 24/7 to keep up with my tank.

Just read through your thread. Although I had posted towards the beginning, I had not visited in awhile. Nice job dude. I am jealous of your tank being in your bedroom. I have a 10g nano I more or less snuck in there when my wife was away with her sisters.

My Shopping list before I start adding more coral to my tank

5 Stage RODI systems – Setup with a float in my sump
Aqua Controller 3 – So I have ORP Controller & Wave Maker Upgrade + Kalkwasser Mix setup
    Build a Denitrator
    Expand my test kits
Switch Crushed Coral to live sand

Any Ideas or suggestions pros/cons agree/disagree with these changes Im thinking 600$ is the most it will cost me.

Also I raised my sump level to about 2/3 so I’m thinking about adding more LR to it
