    Hi Everyone,

    Just found the site. Really informative posts! Got a lot of new info just from generally checking random threads. Thought I'd introduce myself before the dilemma's and disasters start!

    Im not too sure if I've got the right knowledge or equipment for FO Marine keeping, but it looks like I've found the site to really help me. I wanted to keep Marine for years but I knew that I did'nt have any knowledge on how to do so as I'd never kept an aquarium before and it seemed way to daunting. So I decided to cut my teeth on FW, a great learning experience! I kept Mbuna Cichlids for 3 years - learnt alot on the general fish keeping side and really enjoyed it. But due to a few domestic issues, I had to give my fish to a friendly LFS and take my tank out of action.

    Now I have an empty 27 gallon (UK) tank (looking at going larger later - as this was the plan anyway as my baby-then juvenile Cichlids were starting to outgrow the tank), a cannister Filter EHIEM Ecco 2236, Fluval 150W heater/thermo, a very big shopping list. I know this tank size is'nt ideal, but Im planning on FO and around 3 or 4 inhabitants on the small (2-3 inch) scale.

    Damn! I just wanted to say hello, and instead I've given you my fish keeping life story! So, er......... 'Hi!' ;)
