I think you are overstocked. Two tangs in a 65g is not suitable... If this is your list as of now I wouldn't add anything else.
If it's a wishlist then I would take the powder brown out of the list.. And add another smaller fish. Maybe 1 or 2. Like a pair of wrasses.
I'm thinking puffer fish aren't reef safe so I would say that it is a no go.. But I'm not quite sure so I would wait for another opinion.

Everything that i've read says puffers of anykind are not reef safe, they keep their teeth trimmed by chowing on live rock, thats why you see aquarists trimming their puffers teeth with side cutters....plus 2 tangs is pushing it as it is, another med sizded fish will stress things out..

+1 on this...their scientific order name (with triggers and filefish) is tetraDONTIform, and their family name is tetraDONTIdae. They're seriously all teeth, if scientists named 2 levels of their organizational structure for it.

Puffers are not reef safe, but I have gotten lucky with my green spotted puffer in my 20 semi reef with a hermit nerite and two ceriths along with a flower pot and carnation. There's still no guarantee that he will be reef safe forever, could always turn.

You also have a pretty high bioload and puffers are semi aggressive and aggressive. Lack of space would become a problem and cause a lot of aggression issues, they are also really messy fish. They also have to have hard shelled foods to keep their teeth down

I'd say not worth it unless you take out the tangs. I love puffers and have great personalities

copperbands are hit or miss as far as clams and corals go. Some will and some will not brother corals and clams. Do you plan on upgrading in the future.

probably not, got uni to think about lol, i wont be keeping clams either, not got the lighting to support em, my lfs are really good with taking things back, so if i did get a fish that ate everything, i wouldnt have much trouble
