It's an issue a lot of people don't know is there.

Fish absorb so many things through their blood rich gill filaments. Scarring reduces this and I try to protect the gills at all costs as they are so vital.... more important than trying to avoid the shock of moving from one source of water to another. It's like taking me out of Compton and plunking me down in Beverley Hills... it'll be a shock, but I'll learn to get over it nicely. But PLEASE... take me out of Compton. (I apologize any offended people from Compton.... but I know you're not going to argue the point....).

I understand many are super comfortable at slower acclimation, which is cool. I'm just trying to explain why I do it my way, not why anyone else shouldn't do it theirs. Just PLEASE be aware of the ammonia and buy some neutralizer. You ARE doing damage on overnight shipments. I've had fish from every online store and tested dozens of bags. They all had the same results.
