acro crabs

    yeah thats what ive heard... they eat polyps and are insane to get out! trick ive heard is to stab the crab with something and let them die and then pull them out.

    One more question: would the crab be okay in a wrasse dominated tank? and a longnose hawkfish

    Both your coris wrasse and long nose might eat them.

    thats what i was afraid of... but then again, it will be hard to get into an acro to get the crab

    I am sure they would try, but i doubt they get them. These guys can dissapear into these coral. You can sometimes go weeks without seeing them. A lot of their cleaning is done at night too. A wrasse would have less chances to get it at night.

    Moral of the story. I would not hesitate to put a coral with one in your tank, but not sure i would buy an individual specimen either. Hate to waste 10 bucks.
