I am thinking of doing a no holds barred mini reef tank around 20-30 gallons, because i can't afford a no holds barred big tank lol. i want your opinion on what type of tank to get, an acrylic one or one with starphire glass.i know acrylics is 40% more clear then regular glass, does anybody know how much clearer it is then starphire? does anybody have any action pics of a tank with starphire glass?

I dont know where you got that fact, that acrylic is clearer than glass? I would have to disagree. As for starphire(sp), thats the clear-ist view that I have ever seen and VERY expensive. The money that you will spend on a small Starphire tank, you could get a larger one out of glass. Luna

B/c the Starphire(SP) is super expensive. You could buy a 30g tank made out of SP and for the same amount of money, could get a 100-150g tank out of reg. glass. That was my point.;D Luna
