    When I start adding my clean up crew. how many should I add at a time?

    Add them all, it shouldn't affect anything. Fish are really the only creatures you need to be careful when adding a bunch together. Most inverts do not affect the bioload to any significant extent.

    I dont disagree with Guitarman

    but I do like to add half a dozen snails 1st , see how they do and then commit to the full crew

    just in case I messed anything up, and losing 6 snails is preferable than losing the full team
