I am debating adding 3 cromis to my tank for a little colour but i am worried that they may cause an uproar in my tank after no fish being added for this long. When I had an fw tank it caused aproar whenever I added a fish! Anyone got opinions on blue cromis?

Based on the bioload and the kinds of fish you have, you shouldn't have a problem. Your fish are docile in nature and really don't pose a problem to each other.
I have green Chromis' as well and you are right, they add some nice color and if you get a few of them they will school together as they do in the wild. Their is also a blue Chromis that is very colorful as well though a bit more pricey and not as common!

I added a pack of 5 and no problems. They hang out together. No aggressive behavior. They add a nice sparkle to the tank!

I wouldn't get 3, I would suggest 5+. I bought 3 of them and withing 3 days one died from being bullied. I started reading about them after that happened and came to the conclusion that buying 3 was a mistake. The 2 remaining have been doing fine for 3 months now.

Edit: I have never seen them bother anything in the tank except each other.

As for bioload, how much more can I add? would 5 cromis be too much and will they be aggressive with my firefish(she's very skittish) and my jawfish?

I didn't look at your profile before. You do have a good amount of fish already, and the Chromis eat a lot for their size. I'd also like to add that I am fairly new at this, and mainly posted to share my experience with buying 3 blue/green chromis.
