ooooo noooo that will make it worse. as you will have alot of die off depending on the type of rock. patience is the key here or you will regret it down the road. did you know the tank it came from? and drying it will take longer as you will have to dry and then re cure it. to still get the nasties out of it aka die off.

If you don't want your livestock to become sick and/or die, then wait until the rock is cured. If you have it saltwater with good flow it should not take months(unless it was dried out when you bought it).

We all feel the urge to rush things at times, but as I have read so many times, in this hobby only bad things happen fast. Resist the urge and you will be happier in the long run.

if the rock came from an established tank and stayed wet during the transfer, and you cured it already for 4days.....then it should be ready. A lot of people get rock shipped and the rock only stays moist during shipping so there is a lot of die off causing an ammonia spike if you put it in your tank. If it stays wet, die off is minimal and it should not require re-curing. If your worried do a small water change the day after putting the rock in.

If the above applies to your situation (wet rock and short trip), then I would toss it in the display after a thorough inspection for unwanted pests.

if that is the case....all life is dead. Lack of oxygen. I would cycle them in something other than your display tank for at least 2 weeks. Set the rocks in a bucket or something with a powerhead and some salt water. Try to get all of the waste out of the rocks by blowing the powerhead directly at all of the pores. Do a series of water changes to extract the waste. let the bucket sit with the powerhead for another few days and swap out the water with some new saltwater. Just leave them blowing around in the bucket for at least another week. Test for nitrates and ammonia. Once rock is clean (no nitrates and no ammonia), toss it in the display.

    Won't take months, but weeks.
