That is typically how I feel too...but it does help. The only other thing to do is wait it out.

There was one day (BSU football game day) that I could not drink water or eat any food until about 8:00 at night because I was so queasy from drinking the day before. But once you get that hangover drink down the queasiness goes away and getting food down is much easier.

Here's what works for me. Sip on some gatorade once you can stomach it. Don't drink it too fast though. If you get to the point where your stomach isn't too bad and the rest of you still hurts, drink more fluids and exercise a little.

When your puking you shouldn't drink water as it will make you pike more. That was from my wife's doctor when she was pregnant and had bad morning sickness for a while.

    I second some greasy food.

Lesson #1, after a nice night out, always eat something nice and greasy before going to bed. Some bugers, hot dogs, burritors, kebabs from a street vendor outside clubs works best for me :)

Oh, and you'll do this again.

Gatorade before you go to bed will help a lot. Some of the hangover is from dehydration and drinking Gatorade will help to lessen the effect. I used to get a hangover anytime I drank more than 2-3 drinks, unless I polished off a 32 ounce Gatorade before going to bed.
