So, as with many of us, I have tried all the little concoctions to kill these guys you could think of...50/50 at best.
    2 things I discovered.
first of all...IMO...I like to have them grow to about the size of a Nickel or larger before I start messing with them...
    ..and second...THE KILLER IS....
I had this old bottle of Joe's Juice, all dried up, just a chunk of chalk in the bottle....so I took a bottle of lime juice...the green squeeze bottle..filled up the bottle and took the end of a wooden spoon and smooshed it all up until it was a greenish thickish liquid.
used an appropriate size syringe...apply as instructed by Joe's Juice.
It has been a week....they melted within hours....none have returned.
BTW..I just do a couple every other day...two remain.
I am very happy about this...they have been a PITA for awhile.
hope it helps someone else..... 2 cents. ;D

....yup, you don't want to do a bunch at once..just a couple every other day or so.

Great going. I'm gonna try Joe's Juice next unless I can catch my peppermint shrimp that's in the 29g (it ate all the aipstasia in that tank) but it's fast and very elusive..
