I have TB Aquatics SmartReef 75 GPD RO/DI and sometimes I get bubbles in the canisters. Does this matter and if so whats the best way to purge them? I tried bleeding it by removing the OUT line of the problematic canister, but I still have a little air.

Bubbles don't really cause any problems. To get rid of them, while you are making some water, pick the unit up in your hands and rotate it around in all different positions so the trapped bubbles are dislodged. You may still see an air bubble or lower level in the final vertical DI chamber if your has that but its normal since the water travels from the inside out, the center of the cartridge is still full.
