Is there any way to KEEP algae off your glass and rock? My Sailfin and hermits eats some, but not a lot at all.. :( also, my biocubes corners are curved, very hard to reach there with the magnet cleaner. And down by the sand, there's algae growing. I would clean down there with the mag cleaner, but I'm afraid of getting sand in the Velcro and scratching the glass. And one more thing; any solutions to removing, hard, crusty algae circles that form on the glass? My magnet can't remove it. Anyone have suggestions for a good CUC? thanks in advance. :D

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Snails like asternia and turbo and mag-float. Green flim algae is just part of the whole package.

It comes and goes for my tank. Most of the time I have to clean the glass every couple days, lately it's been every couple weeks because I switched to RODI a couple months ago....I think that may be the case :p

a phosban reactor could help too check your phosphates it shouldn't register any if ideal. With that said you will still have some film on your glass and have to clean it regularly.

I let my tank become translucent before I clean the front glass. That way, you get a significant population of algae for your filter feeders to eat.
