    looks like cyano. Make sure your tank has a lot of flow without any deadspots....that will help. You can siphon it off in the meantime. Not sure of the ultimate fix. I do believe this algae feeds off of nitrates.

    i had this aswell i just killed the lights for a week and it all died

    +1 to cyano. taking the lights off will kill it, but the nutrients will remain and it is likely to come back. better to beat it.
