ok in know this is about the 3rd time ive posted this question but i cant ever remimber what was said so im gonna write it down this time. ok you can see what i have in my tank by my signature (dont really want ot go through the list again). is there any way that i could have an anemone for my tank? if so what kind. the main reason i want one is for my clowns. Thus brings me to my next question. Are there any corals a clownfish would host? thanks in advance and i will try to remimber to write what you say down this time.

I am afraid of nems because of their potential to be devastating to a tank, so I hope someone chimes in and helps ya out..

on the other hand, clowns will host anything.. I have heard of them hosting powerheads, small rocks, even a big coraline spot on the wall.. its whatever sparks their interest.. they are crazy little fish..

I don't see a skimmer listed in your sig. I wouldn't even try one without a skimmer. They require pristine water quality.

On the other hand, with a 150W MH, you have enough light to keep one happy.

A good beginner one is a bubble tip. Honestly not sure if a percula will host it though.

I have some xenia that my clowns love. I'm too chicken to try an anemone. I don't feel I'm quite prepared for one yet.

As stated, if you done have a skimmer, I wouldn't consider getting one. You don't want one moving around your tank then dying behind a rock.

I really don't think there is an easy anemone for beginners. Except, maybe, aiptasia/majano anemones.

Good idea,I had two green bubble tips in my tank doing well and growing large, but they mildly sting their neighbors constantly, very annoying(to me).I just mutilated the larger one yesterday trying to rermove it,so much for store credit!!!

Before even thinking about putting an anemone in the tank, you should consider a few things first:
    1. Get that lionfish out of that tank. It's WAY too small to house a fish like that when it matures. Besides that, it will eat every other fish in the tank.
    2. Get more LR in the tank, you system will thank you for it. You have a pretty large bio-load in there, especially with the lionfish.
    3. You really need to invest in a protein skimmer. In a reef system, penguin filters (any power filter for that matter) are basically useless since they do not remove dissolved organics. They are ok only if they are supplemental to other filtration systems in place.
    4. Clowns are known to host frogspawn, give it time. They will probably host it later on.

Since you have other coral in your tank, you are risking them by putting an anemone in the tank. Anemones are notorious for wandering around and stinging anything in its way.
