    What I'm Using:

    3 x 39W T5 HO 10000K bulb.
    3 x 39W T5 HO Actinic bulb.
This is over a 65 Gal Reef Tank.

Is the lighting sufficient for a long tentacle anemone?

Also I was thinking of putting ATI bulbs in, and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a mix of there bulbs.

Your lighting is more than sufficient. I'm running ATI Coral Plus bulbs in my 2x T5HO. I love the color. You can check my tank thread for reference, as well as a comparison between the CPs and the 1 white/1 actinic combo.

How old is your tank? Stable parameters are a must for the survival of a nem.

What other inhabitants do you have or plan to get? To be sure you're aware of the risks, all nems can and will occasionally move and may accidentally sting corals and other sessile inverts. They also can and will kill and consume fish, shrimp, crabs, etc that wander too close.

Yea, that is lots of light for a Nem. I have 4x24w over my 20gal and my HIGH light acros are loving it! So, a nem would be great under the lighting for your tank! The ATI bulbs are fantastic! I have 2 blue plus, an aquablue special and a coral plus and it looks BEAUTIFUL! The coral are all super happy and I have some great growth on some of my acros. The colors POP too! Personally, I would suggest a similar mix. Maybe 2 coral plus, 2 aquablue specials and 2 blue plus. Or even maybe 2 coral plus 1 aquablue special and 3 blue plus if you like a little more blue tank.

Thanks for the input! I don't have a nem yet, my tank is only a few months old, but it seems to be holding steady parameters. Have some pol corals couple of gobies, two clowns, coral banded shrimp, and a clean up crew.
