    So I have been researching after the fact:-[

    does anyone have a mini maxi and a LTA? have you seen any chemical warfare?
    Has anyone witnessed it and what are the signs?

    I have a mini-maxi and lta on the same side of the tank - the lta's tentacles are less then 1 inch away now.

    Should I move the mini maxi?

    Not through the water, but they can sting each other. An inch away is definitely within range.
