    My new anemone just climbed under my rock and I can't get to him and he's pretty far back.... Will he be ok back there?

    My new one just moved to the bottom corner of the tank, fortunately for me, i got 2 nems for 1 ;). If its not getting enough light, it will move. Unfortunately you cant do much about it.

    These things have been around for millions of years, they know what there doing ;).

    They will go where they need to, moving them or trying to restrain their movement usually ends badly for the anemone.

    As long as not near power heads, heaters or over flows, best just to let them be. They will move to acclimate to lighting, flow and to split. If moving a lot or far that is usually some type of stress.

    dpruitt - i just purchased a condylactic anemone and he did the same thing, crawled under a rock and put his foot in a crevice that looks pretty uncomfortable.... however it seems to be doing well, has shown signs of growth and color enhancement, and very much readily will eat 2 or 3x a week (call him fatso cuz he has grown so much and when i feed him he consumes the swordfish slice in a matter of seconds [yes i spoil him with fresh swordfish] :-} )

    hes out and his color and foot look so much better than when he was at the lfs :)
