The tank is 12 gal but there is a sump of 2 gal no light there so i really have 48 watts in 10 gal.

I'm afraid that 4.8 watts per gallon of normal output (NO) light will not be enough to sustain an anemone....assuming I read your description properly?

well. i would agree with u but since my anemone has done great in 2 wats per gal lol...i can say anything anymore about wats...i got a rose in a 12 gal its been in there for 3-4 months so i mean im still gona move it to a 12 gal with 92 wats but if i wanted to i think i could keep it in the one its in now...but i think its always better to be safe than sorry.

Thanks tresguy. That should be plenty of light for the anemone :)

2 watts per gallon really isn't enough to sustain any anemone, except maybe aiptasia :) It may be doing well now but, long term, this will not be enough to sustain it.  Anemones can take a long time to die so just because it looks ok now doesn't mean that it will remain so.  I'm glad to hear that you plan on moving though.
